If you are shooting manually to focus the image, Using a phone with a ultra wide lens (0.6) it will have the closest minimum focus distance. If you are after more bokeh and compression of the scene from your subject I prefer to use the super telephoto lens(5x/10x) at a larger distance, though these will appear more rectangular than the main lens due to the periscope zoom type note.
