Hello,

I have S24 ultra violet colour. Today I removed it from the cover since I needed to scan one of my card through NFC. So before putting the cover back on I noticed some weird spots on the frame. I tried cleaning it with a cloth but still it's not going. ☹️

Is there any way to remove it?

Cases can scratch, especially tight-fitting ones. Is it a Samsung case?

Note that titanium frames like Apple are just a minuscule coating. Recall my Watch Pro 5 hot the kitchen work top and scratched.

Which case are you using? The scratches usually happen from grit or dirt getting inside the case and rubbing against the frame. Usually best practice is to remove the case regularly and clear the phone and case.

It's Spigen liquid air case. I have been using Spigen covers for my previous phones as well. Also I do clean my phone cover every 3-4 weeks.
But these are not scratches, it look like spots as if the coating/colour is being tarnished.

Maybe grit has gotten stuck in places and pressed against the frame? I can't imagine the spigen liquid air case would tarnish the frame.

Unfortunately not as they'll be most probably a permanent mark made from grit etc that's gotten between the case and the phone's housing as the guys have mentioned @RafayAli

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

It's not grit for sure. Coz when I took off the cover there were no marks. While I was cleaning the phone and cover the dots appeared.

So are you saying the case damaged your phone then?
