Microphone problem

s24 ultra microphone not working in case of voice records and transcript but work in video records and calls

Did you check the permissions on the app for voice recording and transcript?

It seems that the app does not have the right permissions. It cannot be faulty hardware if it works for video recording and calls.

All the permissions are allowed ..when I checked that ..the first mic is not working
