Message notifications

Hi 

I was just wondering if anyone can help me I've got a s24 ultra and my notifications for text messages have stopped and I've tried everything in the settings but I receive every other notifications

Hi, update. Not even after I updated my phone to one UI 8, android 16, still not receiving anything on app icon badge. It's so frustrating 😫, because everything is on ( all notifications are ticked), bubble is off, . Curious in samsung messages app i receive notifications icon badge not in Google messages app

I have similar issue first with a a52s which was then copied to a a56. It happens intermittently at certain times of the day and will then sound-off correctly for a few hours, followed by a quiet period. Nowt to do with DND or M&R. Just had android 16 update & still doing it, ...

Hi I've had this issue when I got one ui 7 beta which was a bad idea to do i had it repaired and that's when my text message notifications stopped I've tried everything from YouTube to emailing samsung them self's and nothing now I've got one ui 8 and still nothing

Hi i know where your coming from I've tried everything i just get people to WhatsApp me now

The a52s was returned to currys who sent it to samsung? They couldn't find anything but it worked ok for a month or two after. As a last resort I'll do a factory reset next week see if that cures it and do same on a56...
