@WullyBoy 👋Some apps or themes might be not optimised to new software update, do you use one? If so try without it. And see if it makes difference,
Another thing to do is adjust manually in settings like mentioned.
Other ways is to try wipe cache partition of your phone:

Soft reset: Press and hold volume down and power buttons simultaneously (for approximately 10 seconds till samsung logo appears and release it)
Other thing to do is go to settings > general management > reset > reset all settings it wont delete your data or pictures etc.
