Hello,
I have just purchased this wonderful Samsung S24 instead of my Samsung S20, but I am having a problem with a 2 in 1 adapter allowing me to connect the power supply to charge it at the same time as connecting headphones via usb-c . It no longer manages the 2 cables at the same time (if there are 2 cables, it will only charge and not emit sound through the headphones... on the other hand it does manage the cables individually (charger or earphone)). Is there a particular configuration or setting to make? (for information I re-tested the adapter, the headset and the power supply on my old Samsung S20 as well as on my wife's Samsung S20, and it works, ruling out a problem with these 3 elements...).
Thanks in advance.

When you connect the your adapter and the two devices, don't you get a USB notification? If you touch the USB notification it should take you to the USB settings. If you change it there to Charge only and then to File transfer, see if that makes a difference.
Although, it might be a compatibility issue. The chip in the adapter might not be supported by the S24 yet. What brand is your adapter?

Hi @Reylob
Thank your for your answer.
Unfortunetaly, your solution about USB setting don't work. This 2 in 1 adaptater is a "generic" brand.
For the power part, it's Samsung material.
For the headphones part, it's AKG headphones from Samsung S20.
What is strange is that it worked once and then it stopped without any modification (no update and no application added in the meantime...)...

You could try clearing the cache partition.
This support page explains how to clear cache and cache partition.

I forgot to ask.
Did you do Feb update already?
Either way, clearing the cache might solve your issue. If it was working before then it should work now as well.

Sorry for my late answer... yes, I'm in Feb update...
The clearing cache only works once and then it doesn't work again...
