When I'm playing videos you can see like what I can describe light Shadow on darkish backgrounds. I'll try show what I mean

I get this too. Probably it's normal for LED screens because it's not just on this phone.

Hi there, as far as im aware this is a physical affect on your device, therefore a screen recording wont help. if possible can you reupload but film the device and show the shadows that way?

You're talking about ambient mode in YouTube and it's perfectly normal. The letterbox borders will highlight in various colours to blend in with what's being seen in the video. If you wish to disable it, go into your YouTube settings and toggle it off.
