At the moment the One UI 7 update is not official yet, Samsung said that it will be official with the next Galaxy S launch that will be taking place on 22nd of January at 19:00 Italian Time.
Afterwards the official schedule will be released on the Notices area of the Samsung Members app (speaker icon) and we'll all know which models will receive it and when they will.
There might be differences between the Italian schedule and the Vietnamese one, even though they share the same Model version, so I suggest you to check your local notice and even you can contact your local Customer Service for more information at samsung.com/vn/support .
