I got my S24 a month ago and I'm struggling with the sudden added darkness with the back camera. The front camera is alright but the back camera just has this added dark light added to it and it is annoying. When ever I take pictures with the back camera, it adds more dark light to my face and it is just not it at all. Asides that, the S24 is a wonderful phone.

Is there a way I can change the settings? Do you have the same problems? Does the phone come like that?
Please share your thoughts thanks x.

Alright. now when it's minimum and scene optimisation is off try to take pictures and see if that makes any difference

Not a problem it's due to AI optimisation we've seen people using 200mp with intelligent optimisation maximum and seen not good results so simple suggestion would be turn that to minimum turn off scene optimisation also if you use pro raw and expert raw modes they are brilliant because they are almost no optimisation happening in these modes.

Also there's camera assistant app on galaxy store you can get and turn settings circled on picture.
Hope it helps1732398806268.jpg1732398806285.jpg

Just reset your camera settings and restart the phone just as an extra step .

So that it doesn't look to easy.
