How to claim the case and screen protectors

I'm in the UK and wondered how to claim the case and screen protectors

Apparently, the stock has run out. I preordered yesterday at 8 pm. Couldn't get the case to be added. I contacted support, and they said stock has run out

Ah of course they have lol, rediculous. I skipped the S23 upgrade, cause of things like this (and had issues S22) and they are pulling it again, along with getting rid of the upgrade program. 

Sigh. Might just wait it out and go with Pixel or OnePlus

Even though I recall a free case and screen protector being mentioned when I filled out the form to show interest I didn't see that on the actual email sent by Samsung @smg1 

It had the watch code and the £50 off voucher. 

On the pre order form if a case is added then Samsung give 30% off it.

I had pre order basket ready but didn't receive the codes still haven't, I wonder if anyone managed to get the full offer or is Samsung just an fake offer in the first place.

Yeah, the free cases were not freely available. And they ran out of stock yesterday. So, no point of having the code now anyway.

Only a few people got all 3 items (£50, case, and screen protector), but it was real.

So 30% off case is on offer now but they said free case is out of stock, how can Samsung give 30% and not first give the free case that they advertised? Going back on their word?

Seems offer on 30% off than give it free as first advised.
