When I copy a video from my S24 Ultra to my laptop for playback, only a blank screen appears.
This problem started yesterday.
Earlier recordings on the S24 Ultra still plays when copied as do new recordings on the S9.
The S24 Ultra recordings still play on the phone.
Any help would be much appreciated.
