This wouldn't be a Samsung issue I think but more of Google Maps app and maybe the strength of your current connection to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
What exactly is going wrong @SinuV

@BandOfBrothers it's an S24 Samsung problem. I already dealed with Google maps techs and my phone operator and both are fully good working. Maps is working on other Samsungs but not S24 and if it's Maps problem it will be for everyone not just the users of S24. It can be a security patch problem from Samsung. I am wondering how Samsung put on the market a disfunctionnal phone that costs.more than 950 euro and than says it's not their fault !! What should we do now ??

Then please do send this as feedback via your Samsung Members App @Hachfi_G
Just also wanted to mention this is the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk Members.
Your region maybe different so might be beneficial to also reach out on your regions section too.
I personally haven't had an issue with my Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra.

@BandOfBrothers yes, I sent already the feedback. It doesn't matter UK, US, EU it's about the product and the same company Samsung and apparently it's a Security path issue coming from Samsung Android. You have an S24 Ultra, I am and others talking about S24 which is impacted.
