I have spoken to an agent and shared the screenshot of the 2 cashback amounts that I received for the 2 products that I ordered both S24Ultra.. However, still getting threats...

So, just to be clear, you've received twice the amount of cashback that you were entitled to????

If yes then Samsung are correct to ask for a return of the overpayments.

Or is your thinking that you've got the cash therefore you're keeping it???

Hi, may be what I wrote isn't clear.. I claimed cashback for 2 different devices and I got total cashback of £400 (200+200) however I guess they think that they sent me cashback twice for a single claim/device..

If so I would email them back (so you have it in writing) explaining same.

I've just removed the screenshot of the email containing the bank details, but regarding your cashback. Have you provided the team with all the details? Such as the different IMEI numbers and receipts of both phones?

I haven't via email but I have given all those information while applying for the cashback and we also have to upload the invoice. So they've got 2 different invoice and imei numbers however still confused..

Were both phones ordered at the same time?
Sometimes and I'm not familiar with this promotion.
I have seen in other promotions that you can only claim once for a particular order.
You will have to check the terms and conditions of the promotion you participated in.
Normally this is picked up earlier
But this could be the case with this one hence why you are getting the correspondence

Both phones were ordered about 4-5 days apart.. and one user could apply for this cashback claim up to 5 times.. it wasn't a "one user one claim" thing
