Call declined - Line is busy

Hello everybody i bought samsung s24+ month ago.. and i have a problem with normaln phone calls.. when someone is trying to call me, after  1st ring call is declined (automatically).. and on their phone says "Line is busy" and on my phone is "One missed call".. and it happens alot.. i even tried to change my SIM card but the problem remains.. any experience with this? Any solution? PS: when i enter the elevator, active call breaks up.. and it didnt happend any time before, not even once.. i used to have S21FE before this.. thanks in advence for your advices

Try putting your sim card in the 2nd sim slot @Jurek19 although this does sound like a network issue 🤔

Tried that.. and they gave me new sim card.. it didnt solve the problem..

Wheres 2nd sim slot? Got only one? I thought so too.. about the elevator situation.. if i am on whatsapp call, call is going on.. doesnt break up..
