Andruid auto still not working in honda

Hey, has anybody had any joy with their Andoid auto yet? I still can't get mine to be recognised buy my car. Is there going to be an update??

The update should come from the Google and Car manufacturer. I have a VW which is one of problematic brands but it has been working fine so far. I am using a USB A to C to connect it to the car. You could try if you have the option. I do not remember if your car had that capability or it was USB C only.

Thanks for that. I have alway connected from A to C but then I changed from S23 to S24 ultra. That's not software, that's hard wear. I don't understand why Android Auto has dropped like that

Android Auto problems are almost always due to the poor software built in to the car. For example, AA barely worked in either my Seat or my wife's Skoda (both based on a VW Polo). Same phones and even same cable work perfectly on the new car (Hyundai).
