I had a problem with my s24fe and on the advice of a samsung tech person and after a thorough backup I completed the reset. Everything is back in order except for my amazon music. Before the reset I had the choice of all of my amazon music to choose a ringtone, now I have only the samsung sounds. Also, on my smart pianist app none of my amazon music is there even though it was there before the reset. I've uninstalled and reinstalled amazon music app but with no luck. I hope someone can help!
