not sure if you still looking to make your s24 ultra bar look like your s23 but
"download Good Lock from the Galaxy Store, then install NavStar from Good Lock. Once installed, turn on “Enable extra gesture settings.” After that, the removed options will reappear in the regular Settings menu under navigation settings."
Just did it on mine works perfect, even better actually because it lets you customize the actual icons which is really cool.
Got the info from this site

Going from a recent thread it looks like at the moment that hints bar at the bottom remains and can't be removed.

I'm not sure if Goodlock or a launcher like Nova Prime can help.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I also would like to have the old Samsung gestures back, I just can't get used to the new Google gestures. Please, Samsung, bring gestures back to the way they were on One UI 6.0!
