SIM 2 not allowed - ESIM not allowed

Hi there!

I have an s24 ultra I got it 4 months ago.

I have a problem with my SIM2 I never used my second SIM now I am trying to use it but it's saying SIM 2 not allowed and when I try to use esim it says the same thing, I tried everything but still....

Any help?

Hallo @hamdanox,

Thank you for your message. have you also tried turning Ariplane mode on and off again? Usually this fixes Sim connections. Is furthermore everything up-to-date including your Carrier Services? And have you also tried reinserting the SImcard and restarting your S24?
