The pen was taken for complaint and I will get a new one. so much money for phones and such low quality parts.

Did you deliver the pen to your store or directly to Samsung? Do you have to pay for a new pen?

Hallo dorotiiii,

I just discussed it with our Escalation Department. They want to investigate this matter further, but they do need the S-pen so that our technician can look at it and then provide us with a report. Can you be able to get the S-pen again in you posession?

Unfortunately. vodafone took that pen away and I have to wait up to 3 weeks for a new one. I doubt they'll return the damaged one as well.
