Dual Sim problem: internet not working

Hi, I start with some context:
- Sim1 is Dutch from Hollandsnieuwe with call, sms and data.
- Sim2 is Italian from CoopVoce with call and sms.
- Sim3 is Dutch from Vodafone with call, sms and data, used for business purpose.

To navigate on interner I can (and want) to only use Sim1. Since I got my Samsung S24 almost 2 years ago, I started to have problems being almost unable to use internet and having to rely always on hotspots from Sim3 or WiFi.
I started to believe the phone antenna or sim cars slot were broken, but then I did the following experiment:
- Sim1 (NL) and Sim2 (IT) in a different phone (Oppo Reno5G): internet on Sim1 working well
- Sim3 (NL) and Sim2 (IT) in a different phone (Oppo Reno5G): internet on Sim3 working well
- Sim1 (NL) and Sim3 (NL) in the Samsung S24: internet on both (setting one at the time as Sim for the data) working well
- Sim3 (NL) and Sim2 (IT) in the Samsung S24: internet on Sim3 not working well
- Sim1 (NL) with Sim2 (IT) in the phone but completely switched off: internet on Sim1 working well
- Sim3 (NL) with Sim2 (IT) in the phone but completely switched off: internet on Sim3 working well

Therefore, I am assuming there is a problem in the data settings where either one of the Dutch Sim cards is disturbed by the Italian Sim card, as if the Italian Sim card is trying to get online even if I don't even have data on it, and in this way it blocks the Dutch Sim card to connect smoothly to the Dutch antennas.

How can I solve this problem? What should I change in the settings to prevent Sim2 from doing this?
