Camera issues s24, please help

Hi,

Recently bought the new Samsung S24. Now after a month I opened the phone today because of my traveling.

And I'm shocked about how bad the camera is, also while zooming there are some crazy lines appearing in the screen that are not recorderd with the intern screen recorder.. 

The zooming from 2 to 3 also goes shocking and not smooth.

From what I see in the picture I have several questions.

Which S24 is this?
Where did you buy it?
Did you reset the camera?
Settings > apps > Camera > Storage > delete data.

It's the S24, SM-S921B/DS 8GB 256GB

Bought it in the presale at samsung.com (NL). Yep did reset the camera (and whole phone already) but I bought the phone in Januari, received it in Feb and just got it today because I'm in Vietnam atm. Someone brought it to me from NL. So its brand new.

Also the zooming is really strange, when I focus on a object you can't zoom in smoothly you see it switching from the cameras so that the angle moves and colors are changing.

Never expected this from a Samsung tbh.

Did you already receive a software update? The first one is out.

Try it in safe mode, does the issue present itself there too?
