Hi everyone today was the first time I seen this as I've not looked before. But I'm was streaming to the TV and I put on my tablet and went to contact to home WiFi, and saw direct E1 Sharon's mobile in the drop down menu
What's that and why is my phone sharing that???

Seems like Wi-Fi Direct is turned on.

You'll see next to each one (in most cases) there is a padlock. That means to access their WiFi connection you need their password. That's why it is safe.
By way of example, your neighbours will also be able to "see" your WiFi/ internet connection but unless you share your internet password they cannot connect.
This is how WiFi works. To disable it, you'd never be able to access any WiFi network. It is fine as it is.
