Has the ability to scroll vertical been removed after the new update from Good Lock, Home Up? 

Why not include all these options within settings instead of a separate app

Buddy it's not that serious.  You can only scroll vertically in the aps drawer.  iPhone don't even have a ***** aps drawer.
