Beta testing will probably be early next year.
No details yet on what regions will be able to participate and what devices will be eligible yet.
But the S23 Ultra should get the consumer release software

The S23 Ultra will definitely be getting Android 15, 16 and 17 in future years .....

There may be a beta but this will likely be for the S24 Series if indeed a beta happens (there are rumours that Samsung might test internally and create a stable version to release without beta but I stress that this is rumour only).
