Tesco cashback offer from Samsung expired 27 June 2023 approximate

I bought an S23 on contract through Tesco last month.  There was a £100 cashback offer from Samsung that came with it.  I made the application but have not received acknowledgment of it.  The period for purchase has expired but I am still in time to claim but the link no longer exists.  It is not the general offer with participating retailers as Tesco mobile is not on the list.  Can anyone help with the link please?

I am sorry to hear you have yet to hear back about this claim, @Mydoghasfleas 

Where did you claim for the £100 cashback? Could you provide me with the link so I can check this for you? 

Also, have you received the confirmation email that your claim was submitted? If so, when did you receive this?

I assume you've checked spam folders too.

Can you share the link you used for us to look at.

You should maybe also speak with Tesco Mobile Customer Services too.

Yes I haves checked the spam.  I have tried Tesco Mobile services, chat and by phone, they cannot help as the page changed on the end of the offer.  I do not have the link, which is why I am asking if anyone knows it.

However, it does appear that Tesco Mobile is not a participating retailer which means you will not be eligible.

Tesco as the merchant need to support you I would think.

They will have somewhere the promotional offers they ran.
