Super bad connection only in Videocalls and Calls using mobile data (Galaxy S23 FE)

Hi all! 

I got my Samsung S23 FE a month ago and with this phone all my video calls and call over mobile internet are super bad quality. 

I've tested internet speed and connection settings, all is good. It's only when I make a videocall or call on WhatsApp that the connection is super bad. 

Never had an issue with my provider using my old phones. Only with this model. 

Any suggestions??

I have done research before posting here and I've tried everything I can find, including the link you've sent.  Unfortunately I haven't found anything that worked...

Maybe feed this back to the WhatsApp developers. They may offer some troubleshooting methods or fixes we haven't covered on here.
