There is no fix except if you want paint it green yourself.
Why does it matter if green or black? No one is looking at it, most wont even use the pen so will never even take it out

It appears this time round the sPen does not match the colour of the phone.
They are black.
Tey scanning a qr code using the dedicated toggle in tour pull down menu.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

For the S23Ultra all the pens are black. Only the 'button' end of the pen that you press to pop it out of the frame is made to match the frame.
Not sure which is 'camera' mode, but have you tried using the Bixby Vision mode to scan the QR codes? Haven't done so myself but I think that might be the one.
