Hi
My phone is connected to the carrier network, and I can use my call, SMS and data allowances, however when I go to Sim manager, both sim slots appear empty. Last week the details of my sim were in the correct position and I had a toggle switch to make the sim active/inactive.
Nor sure why the info has disappeared - I was wanting access to this so I could install and use an e-sim during a forthcoming trip.
Any ideas?

Yep.
I think I may have stumbled across a fix - put an old sim in slot 2 and reload, and after a restart and sim manager refresh my sim in slot 1 is being recognised again, and I get the on/off toggle

Did you restart the phone?
