I have a S23 Ultra and the battery once use to last for atleast thirty (30) hours. Since the June/ July 2024 update, my phone barely last eight hours!
This is frustrating and it is the second time my phone has done this since an update.
I didn't not purchase a S series to experience what isn't even A series problems.
Please rectify this issue as soon as possible.

There is a diagnostic test tool found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.
Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then long hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

Yes I did and I wiped it completely and the probably still exist. I also tried using the phone with less applications installed and the problem still exists.

@Tremaine if you have tried the main Troubleshooting is there nothing significant in Device Care, possibly you can post your Battery stats. Wiping the cache partition is advisable after updates but obviously you have done that as well as Factory Reset. Is your Mobile signal usually fine as when weaker drains more Battery?
Some optimisation techniques here but may not want to do all of them for the best experience. (some of them should not be neccesary) https://wccftech.com/how-to/top-galaxy-s23-ultra-tips-and-tricks-to-get-the-best-battery-life/
If you have not done so already advisable to send an Error Report. Go To Samsung Members -Get help -Error report. include the system logs plus details of the issues , and screenshots of the battery usage (Settings -Battery and device care - Battery).
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Hi, i dont know if this will be of help but i think if you're using dual sim it drains your battery like crazy, but if you use one it should last long enough.

Let me give you suggestions you might already applied up.
1) keep your powersaving mode on, at 15% of battery
2) Hope you apply recommended battery charging option to 80%, if not please do say, not only it increases battery life, it also reduces battery from over drain
3) tap on notifications tab under settings, further press all apps, now
Uncheck all apps you don't regularly use, do not uncheck your payment. Bank and default apps of samsung viz. Phone, message, camera and gallery app
4) tap on display under settings, and do following:
A) set dark mode settings to Dark
B) keep on adaptive brightness option
C) motion smoothness to Standard instead of Adaptive,
D) Screen mode to Natural, instead of Vivid,
E) in screen resolution, keep the option to HD+, instead of FHD+ or QHD+,
F) Screen timeout to 30 seconds,
G) keep edge panel in On mode,
H) put showing charging information option to ON,
I) Screensaver set to None.
Hope you have already updated your phone to latest Security version Released in July 2024m alongwith Andorid Security Patch Level, as rolled out on 01-July-2024. The same addressed 33 Vulnerabilities in Android 14 as well as 1 Flaw in 6.1 update.
I charged my Galaxy S23 ULTRA phone for 35 Mins. with Samsung OEM Charger 35W. Phone charged to 80%, as per Adaptive Charging enabled at 10:30am (GMT +05:30). Its 9:15pm in India now and its still 60%, Use it for my office, gamezone, Snapchat and SuperCell Dosage of 1.5 hrs daily. Purchased in August 2023.

I'm sorry but I'm very curious as why you would advice on turning on edge panel to save battery. Can you explain how this would help? Because I thought it was the complete opposite.
