Samsung community is awful should of stayed with apple

Coming back to samsung I thought was the right move, maybe I was wrong you try help people they don't want to be helped but they put a post up. There willing to try absolute nothing that anyone has suggested! Why put a post up in the first place if your not willing to try any of the solutions? And then insult us saying "I cant be doing with stupid comments" Wow!!!

Communities will have people of all varieties.
There are I would say most are greatful to get help.
There's always a minority that do nothing but just provoke. I personally try not to engage and move on to the next person. They will argue and you're not going win.

If you receive a rude or abusive response.
You can report on this and Moderators would look into this.

Some may genuinely not really understand the advice given as it can be more of a complicated answer.

Most of us here are just trying to help out

You can only help those who want and accept help. If they don't want to take on board advice and try steps to resolve their issue then that's on them and their issue & not yours.

Don't stress it, move on and the next person you engage with could be more receptive and appreciate the help.

As Glenntech says though, any community you join will be attract all sorts of folk so it's best to brush it off tbh 🙂

It's very honourable to do so.

So please continue to share your experiences with others regardless of the difference in options.

I also have a pet peeve about posts like yours where posters come here and seem entitled to say that they are leaving for Apple or other company just cause something is not going their way.

I mean most of us here have different phones and yet we love Samsung for they offer in terms of other brands.

So please don't stop the good you are doing. It's good for the Soul.

Thanks everyone for your nice words, and yes I Will continue to help it just annoys me that people are taking up valuable resources by putting posts up and not taking the solutions others have posted or being too lazy to try a solution but continue to moan about it

If you get chosen to be a Samsung Star 🌟 you get to go to events all around the world and try stuff from Samsung.

I think most members  are receptive to advice and I like helping, even if not everyone appreciates it.  There are always a  number who just like sounding off and are not as interested  in your expertise.  sometimes you just need to rise above it, if more malicious though  best to report it.  Indeed some advice is more involved and some folk  are looking for a simple fix.
