Is there any recommendations as my phone is taking forever to charge when om 70% takes 50 mins to charge using a proper charger.

How long does it take to charge from 30 or less to 70? Otherwise, charging will slowdown, with sufficient charge achieved, to protect the battery at some point

@King132  Does there appear to be no issue with the cable and is Fast/Superfast charging Enabled?  Ensure unnecessary background Apps are closed down when you are charging.  There can be issues if a number  check that there is no debris or mositure in the charging port and give it a clean.  if you try in in Safe Mode and ok there  suggests issue with 3rd party apps if you installed many lately.  

whilst charging slows down a bit a higher levels 50 minutes for 30% is excessive.
