S23 ultra WiFi 6 issues

When connected to WiFi 6 I keep getting serious slow internet and it takes either a reboot or a WiFi toggle to fix sometimes both. Anyone else having this issue.

Same here. I even contacted Samsung when it first happened and replaced the phone, but it's still happening. I've just downloaded a new update for the phone so hopefully that'll fix it, but the issue is widely reported and happens especially with the Ultra.

On my s21u I get 500mbps my s23u is not able to reach over 300mbps. I've updated to the March update and it's still super slow.

I am getting the same S23 Ultra issue - slow speeds on WiFi6 that can be cured briefly by toggling WiFi on and off.

Yes same here. They want me to send my phone to Texas to get it fixed. Verizon won't give me a loaner phone.
