I've been using my secure folder daily for years on different phones.
Changed the passcode a few months ago and use my fingerprint for primary and pin for secondary which it always asks for the pin after I restart my phone.
I went to sign into my secure folder and it wouldn't take my pin.
Then I got the lockout / wait X amount of time to try again. Thought I was going crazy so I used all the different pins I have used and now I'm locked out for 24 hours.
It never had the option for "reset password" or "forgot pattern".
Is there any help / way to fix this issue?
I have a lot of documents I don't want to loose in the folder.

Do you have the following enabled
Reset with Samsung account” toggle button.

I tried that, but step 2 just takes me to the secure folder login screen and says "try again in 13 hours" or has the option to "uninstall".

It's also now showing enter the passcode when the 24-hour wait is over or UNINSTALL button.

I've usually used a 4 digit key for my folder. Right now when I enter 4 digits then enter it doesn't register as a bad password. But if I hit 6 keys it will register as a bad code. Is that normal or is there a glitch?
