S23 Ultra Navigation Bar moving to top!

Hello! I've been having some trouble with my S23 Ultra over the last few weeks. My navigation bar will randomly jump from the bottom of the screen to the top when using certain apps. It's doing it right now in the Samsung web browser but also does it occasionally when using WhatsApp, Google messages and others. It's not all the time, and seems to have a mind of its own. 

Is anyone able to suggest a fix? It's really getting on my nerves!!

Clear phone cache to start with. Does it happen after you restart the phone?

Having the exact same problem with my Samsung Galaxy A14, it's so annoying! Every time i open the text box to type something, in all the apps (browser, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.). 

Can't even find the cache to clear it because for some reason it's not listed under Device Care.

Yeah I've got the same thing too with my Samsung galaxy a52s
