Hi everyone,
Some observations during my DND (do not disturb) mode. Which turned out being very disturbing, after all.
-DND on + bluetooth on (so I could listen to Spotify during my gym session with no interruptions) --> the phone rings in my ear while music is being stopped for a while. Without seeing on screen who is actually calling me.
-DND on + bluetooth off --> no phone ringing sound, no information on screen of the person calling me. But: a notification of a missed call showing up in the notification bar. Makes no sense. However, it only seems to be the case with missed calls. Whatsapp messages are, for example, not shown in the notification bar (as it should be).
Just to clarify: every setting is turned to ''none'' (exceptions/type of notifications etc). In other words: I should not get interrupted by any notification, from no-one. But... not really how it turns out. What is the point of this feature then??? Samsung is writing all sorts of peaceful marketing-language, but in reality I don't get any of that.
Hope you, or Samsung, will have a solution for this. Worthless feature like this.
''Studying the night before an exam? A distraction is the last thing you need. Don’t let anything pull your focus with Do not disturb. It mutes all alerts on your phone when you really need some peace and quiet. You can also set Do not disturb to turn on or off automatically at scheduled times. Of course, you can always set certain alerts as exceptions so you don’t miss an important call.''
