S23 UI 7 bugs

I updated to UI 7 and it's been nothing but bugs. 

1. I cant access my photos from any app. I have to restart, open the app, then get access. But access is not persistent across apps. 

2. A lot of apps dont work. I cant access Google docs, afacebook and a of other apps. And when I do access the app, they are barely functional. 

3. Screen freezes. 

I just want to know if there is a way to roll back the updates.

You can't rollback.

What troubleshooting methods have you attempted?
*apps updates
*clear cache partition
*memberd app diagnostics
*soft reboot
*etc

The problems you described are usually very common when using third-party launchers or third-party themes.
