We are providing wordclocks with a D1 mini chip that opens WiFi Network for configuration of the word clock.
Older Samsung ONEUI Versions work seamlessly, as soon as my smartphone updated, i got the BUG you described. I am 99% sure, it is a software bug, and i'm really angry about it...
Some of our customers reached out for us, because they have exactly the same behavior, so they needed to take older devices, to configure the clock.
If this bug doesnt get fixed in the next version i will start running down all samsung hotlines...

I am having exactly the same issues..my phone worked perfectly well before this update and i have tried everything that you mentioned above. I can't connect to wifi and it ate up 10GB. of my data in less than a week. Any help i would appreciate as it spends more time in a reboot loop which sometimes can last for 4 hours so i am missing out on work & the safety aspect of not being able to communicate with anyone if something happened. My samsung ultra has gone from being the best phone to now the worst phone ever. Even a Nokia 3310 would seem better than what i am experiencing right now.

I am having the same issue when i connect to any wifi but it also cuts out when i am using my data although not as frequently. It has used up over 10GB of my data in a week, usually i use 8GB in a month. There is definitely a glitch with this update & it clearly isn't an isolated case

I had this issue as well (s21fe model) I thought it was my carrier at first. They walked me through troubleshooting and nothing work. After a google search I realized it was a samsung issue and called and spoke to three reps who confirmed. They sent me to a place for service repair and claimed it would not be out of pocket. Well the service repair place said they couldn't do anything without wifi (e.g. uninstall update or install patch) and that I had to get a new phone. This is upsetting for several reasons. Nothing was otherwise wrong with my phone and I just got it in 2022.
