Hi @Sami_02 and warm welcome 👋

Sorry about issue you are facing.

There's few things you can try.

Wipe cache partition:
Turn off yor phone.
Plug into PC, tv etc via USB Then press and hold power button and volume up until samsung logo appears Then quickly release power button and keep holding volume up button until reboot menu appears then navigate with volume down button till wipe cache partition press power button to confirm restart your phone.

Reset network settings.
Settings > general management > reset > reset mobile network settings.

Try safe mode and see if there's any 3rd party apps causing this:

https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/

Contact your network yo see if there's any issues with network in your area.

Do soft reset by holding power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds until samsung logo appears.

Try different sim slot and inspect any damage on your sim card, also head to settings > Connections > mobile networks > make sure you selected 5G,4G,3G,2G,(auto connect) in network mode.

Hello @Sami_02 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋

I'm sorry to hear your experiencing this issue with your phone. 😔

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone ,to then see what happens with the connection.

This will help to show if the sim card needs replacing via a sim swap to a new blank sim via your network.

If the sim works as it should in another phone then this can highlight a phone issue.

And if possible try a completely different sim card in your phone to them see what happens as this highlights whether the issue is the phone, or not.

If the conclusion is that the phone is at fault then send feedback to Samsung via your Samsung Members App to highlight the issues your facing.

The issue may not be because of the updates but because of a hardware related issue. A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

I have a big problem with the 4G network in terms of the last update that I did. Please solve the problem quickly, as my phone does not receive the 4G network at a frequency of 1800, only at a frequency of 2100 band 1. I want to receive the network at band 3 1800 LTE. Please resolve the situation.

The phone, from what you are saying, is meant for another region which doesn't feature missing bands. Nothing to be done
