Problem in Dual Sim after receiving call

I had this problem in A52s and the problem remains in S23 Ulta to. I use two Sim Cards. One is my personal number and the other is my business number.

When I'm in a call on SIM1, and at same time receive one call on SIM2. When I hang-up the first call I receive a message telling me that someone was calling my SIM2. The problem is that I'm unable to call someone from either SIM card after this happens. I need to restart phone to be able to make the call again.

I decided to activate the Always-on Dual Sim. It's good because now, when I'm in a call on SIM1 and someone calls my other SIM, I'm able to answer that call. But the problem remains... After I hang-up either call, I can't no longer make new calls and need to restart phone again...

It works, but since I receive a lot of calls on my personal and business I have to do this 20 times per day... It's annoying that I have to keep doing this to be able to call someone.

I never had this problem with other brands.
