Pattern doesnt work

I was always opening my phone with a pin or my finger . Suddenly it asked me for a pattern and too many times it was wrong phone locks for 24 hours . How to open it with a pin and can people in samsung service help without full wiping of data .  Thanks

You cannot bypass a forgotten pattern/pin. The only 2 options are get the pattern/pin correct or wipe the phone.

Even samsung cannot unlock a phone.

Phones are made to be secure, there's no back door or secret method to bypass the lock screen

but i know my pin and my fingerprint was working i doesnt give me that option. im 100 % sure its a right pattern and it says its wrong . Its and update bug for sure

Even if it is a bug, there's no way to bypass the lock screen.

And since you can't get into the phone, you can't update it to fix the bug. Kinda a tough situation.

At most, you can try rebooting it a few times

what if i drain the battery . Will it give me an option to use my pin . Because i have the same pin for years
