ONE UI BETA FEATURES AREN'T AVAILABLE BECAUSE YOUR SAMSUNG ACCOUNT HAVE CHANGED

Please I need Help

I bought this phone off my friend who was testing beta and may be he did not withdraw and now I am stuck with beta and I can not use google pay wallet on beta. Also samsung pay app does not work. 

Who are the mods here I understand from US community website that UK one UI moderators can link my account with imei for One UI Beta. 

Please if anyone can suggest I will really be obliged

Your friend needed to  have withdrawn from the Beta Programme before passing the phone to you which would then allow your phone to update to the current software thus allowing all apps to work.

Can he withdraw without phone?

I think someone has to remove the IMEI from the beta program and that is what I am requesting I'm not requesting any access to the account or anything like that
