One Ui 7 laggy

Probably been asked and answered, on my s23, just upgraded to ui7.

Its absolutely awful, slow and laggy as hell especially on games that ran perfectly on ui6. 

Anyone have any fixes for this other than clearing cache etc. A software fix?

Same here, A53.

Apps and games works fine but UI is very laggy.

Now I have set 60hz and works bit good.
