Notification Problems

I had a simular issue on my S20 but recently upgraded to a S23 FE. Certain apps are not sending me notifications, whether it be in pop up or on lock screen. I have checked all push notifications, allowed all permissions but still not getting these notifications. Do not disturb is not on and I'm not in airplane mode.

Have you tried to reset the phone?

Yep, nothing. I missing maybe 3 or 4 apps that don't send notifications.

When you long-press the apps and then go into the app info, are notifications allowed or blocked? Also, when you go into the actual app and then settings, are notifications enabled?

I did that, feel like I've literally tried everything and nothings working

Everything is enabled, in app and in settings.

Did you use Smart Switch to transfer everything? A lot of people are having issues when transferring with Smart Switch, and one of the problems is that they are not getting notifications. Unfortunately, if that is the case, the best solution would be to back up your data, reset your device, and do it all manually. I know it's not the most efficient thing, but it works.

Yeh good shout. I did have a little issue with smart swith. Try that @Chants

App notifications blocked. Allow is grey and will not enable. I have contacted iqua the app provider and they have no reason it is not working. I have updated everything. Nothing works.
