Got a new s23 ultra, and it's stuck on April security patch, no update for May and no June update 😕 any ideas, don't want to use odin as I think that stops OTA updates?

Where did you purchase the phone.
Phone carriers can be a little slower at releasing updates if you got the phone through one of these.

If you bought through a third party website. Could be the phone is from a different region.

Have you tried connecting to a computer and using Smartswitch to see if there are any updates

Hi @Robbie_B

Who supplied the phone and what region are you in ?

You could also try Samsung Smartswitch to update.

Apart from that keep checking your phone's Software Update Section @Robbie_B

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

O2 can be quite slow at bringing updates out.
But as @BandOfBrothers has mentioned. Keep checking.
Could also be it takes a few days for your phone to be fully registered with O2 as you have just got it.
Can always call them to see if they can give you a time frame for the software update

S23 was delayed by a week or two after S22.
