I recommend that you perform a system cache clearing.
To clear the cache memory, you need to follow these steps:
- Turn off the phone
- Connect the phone to the PC with the USB cable
- Press and hold the Power and Volume Up keys.
- As soon as Samsung appears, release the Power key
- When the blue screen appears, release the key.
- A screen with multiple entries will appear where you will have to sport with the volume keys until the words ‘wipe cache partition’ are highlighted in blue
- Confirm with the Power key
- Position to 'yes'
- Confirm with the Power key
- Move to 'reboot system now'
- Confirm with the Power key and wait for reboot
This procedure will not delete any personal data, the clear cache operation is very useful in order to delete any obsolete cache files that could generate this kind of inconvenience.
