Need help with security settings

For some reason I am no longer able to access a particular website. The website I am talking about has some explicit content but it is completely legal. The security settings seem to have changed and no matter what I trying can't get rid of the little lock on my phone - any ideas?

It could be your network provider if you're using phone data

Sorry I'm not very technical, I don't understand how to check that, any ideas. We have changed Internet providers recently

As suggested check/call with your network provider that adult content filter is not enabled

Unfortunately, the account is not in my name, and I don't really want to have that embarrassing discussion with my flatmate. Thank you for your advice. I takes a while, but I can get it on my TV so all is not lost!
