My phone's UI isn't smooth

After the February update, the battery has improved, but my phone has slowed down a bit, what do you recommend I do, the animations seem to be broken and sometimes I seem to be using a 90hz screen.

and it's not just me, many people are complaining

Normally, after an update:

Clear cache partition after update:
Turn off the device.
Connect to a computer or plug in the USB-C cable.
- For headphones, press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Power key.
- When the Android logo displays, release both keys. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight "wipe cache partition".
- Press the Power key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight "yes," then press the Power key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, "Reboot system now" will be highlighted. Press the Power key to restart the device.

Make sure other apps on the Google Play and Samsung stores are up to date. Make sure power saving mode is not on. Go to settings and search "limit CPU." Make sure this is not turned on.

*sometimes after an update I'd say wait a day for the phone to sort its self out

I wiped the cache partition right after the update and turned it off and on

This may help as a troubleshooting step. 

A last resort would be a factory reset however personally id wait until the next update happens. 

You can send feedback via your Samsung Members App too.

I applied for this problem once, but nothing helped

Hi guys, my phone started having animation problem after february update and it's not as smooth as before, I've run App Booster, cleared cache and factory reset but to no avail, I'm the only one with this problem. I should mention that after App Booster it works smoothly but takes about 5 minutes
