Hi @Members_AF4MdfV and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋
If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.
Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

Does this happen on all lenses or just the 10x ?
There is a possibility the optical stabilisation has been affected somehow.
Could be software or hardware based.
I would best have it checked at a Samsung store .

I would suggest just move away from the subject a little so the macro mode doesn't kick in or close enough to let it kick in.
You can change the lenses auto switching in the camera assistant app.
Preferably best to let it auto switch as it will choose the best one depending on the shoot and time of the day or night.
