Modes and routines app issue still sleep

I set my sleep routine through Modes and Routines. This morning when it turned off, my apps are still "sleep".

I have restarted my phone several times, powered it off and on, clear chache, deleted modes and routines, turned my apps off a sleep mode, reset app preferences, turn off backgroung usage limits options and  all samsung suggestions.

Nothing is working to active the app, attach an image with the mesage. When I click on an app that is restricted it says Cannot use app.

What can i do?

I'm having exactly this same issue, tried everything to fix it but apps are still greyed out.
