I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S23, but when I tried to connect my JBL Reflect contour 2 headset to it, it's not showing up, even thought the JBL is in pairing mode.
The JBL did connect properly to my former phone, the Galaxy S21 (and still is)
And other devices can connect to the S23, so both devices are working correct.
I tried several things like reset network connections, reset JBL to factory defaul etc etc
Nothing helped.
I found a possible solution (for an S22) that you could change the Audio codecs on your phone to fix it. By my Audio codecs were greyed out, so I couldn't change any thing.
When I googled this, the only way to change the audio codecs is, when I could toggle the HD audio switch and this switch is only available when compatible device is connected
So with de JBL Reflect contour 2 I couldn't test this, because connection is just the issue.
But I doubt the codec would be the issue, because the codec used op my S21 is the same code as the codec used on my S23
Is there anyone else who has or had this issue (with S22 of S23) and managed to fix it.

Same for me. The JBL will not show on the s23. I show up on an S22FE and an s10.
Hope someone at Samsung will take a look at this problem issue.

Same here. Very frustrating as the JBL Reflect Contour 2 are the best overall headphones I have ever had. I do have an S22 and the headphones will not show up when I scan for bluetooth devices. The pair fine with my MacBook Air laptop
